Whatever he does, Rody R. Klein will always come down to his main concern: Balance between Performance and Good Lifestyle. After being a Phys-Ed Teacher in France and completing his MSc 每 Sports Sciences in Montreal, he*ll become a Corporate Wellness Consultant and Ergonomist in Canada. He always kept active in research and never really stop being also a student. He was than to understand that a good intercultural communication is a key factor to good business management and corporate lifestyle in North America. After International Trade MBA studies in the Indian Ocean, his consulting activities took him to ethnic marketing for Post Apartheid Southern Africa market. He will than travel the world for a global survey of ethnic marketing practices in the cosmetic industry (15 countries).

Soon, Rody will notice that ethics in business can pay more than unfair trade. Linking scientific research and business practice in a pragmatic way, he decided to focus on Computer Supported Collaborative Work and groupware HCI. His Ph.D in Communication Sciences and Information Systems in the field of social marketing in the Advertainment industry is to be applied to corporate Wellness campaign and Social Justice. His deep interest for interdisciplinary and intercultural questions takes him to Metis: a broad IT-R&D project between China and a few Western countries. One has to reach an exceptional maturity between theory and practice, before being able to face the challenge of such a project.
