Metis Project is aiming at the simultaneous development of a groupware interface along the production of an advertainment Movie for Beijing Olympics 2008. To build the Virtual Camera while shooting the Film is our Motto.

The Global Virtual Teams are mainly composed of Chinese and Western students from China, France, Canada and Italy. The Global Virtual network is also including developers. Together with other team members they will be in charge of customizing the groupware to fit the changing needs of Metis project. The groupware interface is to be designed for the facilitation of creativity and innovation processes.

METIS global virtual team environment is providing a set up for Global Intercultural Innovative Collaboration. To reach maximal motivation, individual agendas and projects will be encouraged and yet each participant must understand that Synergy is also a key factor to Success and Win Win developments.
