The METIS Portal Site has been updated in quite a number of aspects recently.

We raised the multilingual support basis for the two major language versions of English and Chinese. French and Japanese versions are to be launched afterwards. Suggestions within and without METIS are welcomed for the enhancement of language support: which MORE languages should we add for the portal? METIS is to manage it.

There in the homepage you find the tool links on the left side, and the information label on the top-left corner. The tool links are dynamic, easy to update, for new, recommended, comming, and hot topics. The Best View tool is to adjust your browser window for the best display of the page.

You can hardly find the 'under construction' image at least in the English version up to now. All modules are filled with content, although in the start phase. Key points of the content displayed, for example the people list, should be modified recently.

The publishing of a piece of new content onto the portal is designed to be easily handled. The know-how of portal publishing would be transfered to portal managers like Xulinol, who is the one you'll find to ask anything to be published here.
